ADDING TURING TEST TO COMMENT FORM

I am trying to add a Turing test to the comment form in Strawberry using hiis.php (I think this might be easier than trying to get the CuteNews Captcha plugin working in Strawberry) -- I need to do the following

"Copy and paste all the Hiis.php script code (including the php start and end tags) to the very top of your form processing code above all other code. Only use a text editor for this process to ensure the php code is not corrupted."

but I cannot see where the comment submission form processing code is!!

Could someone point me in the right direction?
