Cannot edit any templates other than Default.tpl

Cannot edit any templates other than Default.tpl

I can't seem to be able to edit any templates other than Default.tpl. If I select a template to edit all I get is create a new template or delete the template.

No problems for me. (I'm testing with 2.4.9)

Than it is something weird with Windows like path or something.
