Category Only Using My Nickname

I have download the script last week . 2.5.4 using txtSQL .

Everything is OK , but when i make category - news - The category automaticly rename it to my username , lets say my username is sim and the category will name to sim , not news as i type in Manage Category>New Category .

So i cannot make new category .. of coz i can make child category under parents category sim but still its using my username not the name i type .

I hope someone could help me with this problem .

That's wierd, havn't heard of this one yet, hmm have you tried to delete your cache?
Check that the data folder and all it's files have all the needed permissions
plus you might want to switch to mySQL which is more reliable and stable.
