Help With ? In URL

For some reason all of my links are having question marks in them.
I set this site up the same as all my others, but for some reason I can't get them to have a normal, seo friendly URL

Here is an example of what it's like now:
http://disneyworldvideo.com/full.php?ho ... ors-action

I want it to be:
http://disneyworldvideo.com/full.php/ho ... ors-action

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi, it's something with the friendly urls, I don't use them but you can check several things:
Enter CNR -> Options -> RUFUS

Also, you can check the file: cnr_folder/data/urls.ini

I don't see any settings in there that will affect the ? being in the URL.

I just don't understand why it works on my other sites but the ? is on this one for some reason.
