how to change the charset

as the title how to change the charset to UTF-8 ? the unicode
i found this

I think the script should use the unicode to make the script work with all language easily, i tryed to do it but !!! unfortunately it doesn't work

can anyone make that ? CNR using UTF-8 ?

in inc/lang/en/global.ini change

charset = "iso-8859-2" to charset = "utf-8"

and in the page where you've included the cnr code add after the head tag
