new bug in image uploader popup windows!

if u have more image uploaded, the [insert] button is just in first page in all another page is just [rename] and [remove] no more inset!!
i test the original demo to.

thanx, but you must write what is new in new download, because i cant upgrade all the file, that i edited before and i will not upgrade all the files! every new version or bugfix version must have what is new or which Bug is Fixed and Where!!??
