No, it looks like a slim version of the CuteNews.RU images.mdu + some code to update the config.php.

(And yes, the idea is taken from farsinews - nothing more.)

Very nice tool, still I have a question. Is it possible to not have the
:
around every smilie? So you can have smilies like this?
Code: Select all
:D, :), ;), :P etc.

Open inc/functions.inc.php and remove all the : from function insertSmilies, replace_comment and replace_news.

But still, you will have images like

Code: Select all
:P.jpg

Don't know if those filenames are allowed.

Did you also place smilie-manager.ini in "your language"/plugins folder?

D'you mean like nothing happened at all? that you don't see the smiley manager link under the options?

Or that you're not allowed to upload new smilies, that it wont work to upload new smilies with same name as previously deleted smilies, and so on?

Or does the new smilies not show up in add/edit news?

you know like msn messenger : ) : ( : D etc... instead of :icon_razz:

When you put :icon_razz::icon_razz::icon_razz: it only shows 1 icon.
