Who should use it?
+ Someone who moved his old database to CNR and the number of publications is wrong
+ Someone who thinks that somehow the number of publications of a user/s got screwed
+ Any other reason to want to recount the number of publications for each writer
What does it do? + Installation
After downloading the file from here, adding the plugin to the plugins folder and enabling it,
you can choose "Update Publications" from the options menu,
then you will see a link says "Click here to update the publications counter for each writer!"
after you have clicked it, it will start initializing - it will turn the number of publications for
each user to 0, then, it will go over the news table and count the publications and update
the publications counter for each writer.
It has been tested with my installation and works great, if you have any questions
or requests you can ask here.
